How do I change Shopify prices in bulk?

To change Shopify prices in bulk with BulkSheet, filter the grid to the products you want, select them and open a price template. Choose one of the 7 templates - percent off the price, percent off the compare-at price, fixed amount off, percent increase, a compare-at anchor, reset to compare-at, or an exact price - and optionally round to .99 or whole numbers, so 20% off a $50.00 price becomes $39.99. The preview shows how many products change and the old and new price of a sample before anything is staged. Nothing is written to Shopify until you press Save, and you can undo the batch, including for 15 minutes after saving on any plan. For quick tweaks, select price cells and type math such as *1.1, -15% or +5. Free allows 100 product saves a day; Starter at $9.99 a month adds unlimited saves and scheduled sales with an automatic revert.

Price changes as templates, not one cell at a time

BulkSheet applies price changes as bulk templates across every selected product: a percent discount off the current price (optionally keeping the old price as compare-at, so the sale shows a truthful strikethrough), a percent discount off the compare-at price, a fixed amount off, a percent increase, a new compare-at anchor set from the current price, a reset of price back to the compare-at price to end a sale, or an exact flat price applied to every selected product (with the same compare-at option) - the calculated ones with optional .99 or whole-number rounding. Type the rule once and it fills the whole selection.

What you can change

• Price - a percent or fixed-amount template across the selection, or type one value and fill it down the column.
• In-cell math - select price cells and type *1.1, -15% or +5 (add @.99 for a .99 ending): each cell changes from its own price, in one undoable step.
• Compare-at price - set a sale anchor, or clear it when a promotion ends.
• Per-variant prices - price each variant independently, not just the product.
• Rounding - snap results to .99 or whole numbers so bulk math doesn't leave odd prices.

Preview every new price before it saves

Every price template shows how many products will change and a sample of old-price-to-new-price before anything is staged. Nothing writes to Shopify until you press Save, and any price change can be undone on every plan. Starter and up log the save in Edit History; rolling a past batch back from it is a Pro feature.

Update prices from a supplier file

Got a new price list? Import the CSV and BulkSheet matches each row to your products by SKU, Variant ID, or URL handle, then shows the new prices as unsaved edits in the grid. Review them, undo in one step, and save when they look right. Blank cells are ignored, and a price with a currency code attached is flagged instead of guessed. Available on every plan.

Schedule sales that revert themselves

Pick products, set a discount, and schedule it: the price change runs in the background at your chosen time and auto-reverts when the sale ends - no calendar reminder, no forgotten markdown.
