Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BulkSheet (the "Service") on any Shopify store you operate. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
BulkSheet is an embedded Shopify app that enables bulk editing of products and tags. Features, pricing tiers, and limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
2. Account and access
You must have an active Shopify store and sufficient admin permissions to install and operate the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all actions taken through the app on your store.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer or resell the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate Shopify's Terms of Service, API usage guidelines, or applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the Service for other merchants.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify Billing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan from within the Shopify admin at any time.
5. Data and bulk operations
You are responsible for the changes you apply to your store through the Service. We provide preview and undo functionality to reduce the risk of unintended changes, but you should verify previews before applying bulk operations.
6. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability of the BulkSheet app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Shopify API rate limits and outages may affect what the Service can perform at any given time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkSheet's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or to comply with law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
