To bulk edit Shopify products with BulkSheet, install the app from the Shopify App Store and open the bulk editor. Filter the grid to the products you mean by tag, vendor, status, price range or stock level. Then edit cells directly, apply a bulk template to the selected rows, run a find and replace (paid plans), or import a CSV as unsaved drafts. Changes stay in your browser until you press Save, and a Review changes step lists every old and new value first. If a result looks wrong, undo it; the batch you just saved can be undone for 15 minutes on any plan. Saves of 250 or more products run in the background as Shopify bulk operations. The Free plan allows 100 product saves a day with no credit card, and paid plans start at $9.99 a month with unlimited saves.
One grid for the whole catalog
BulkSheet loads your products into a fast, virtualized grid and lets you edit them the way you'd edit a spreadsheet: click a cell, type, tab to the next one. Load up to 10,000 products in one grid; larger saves run as Shopify bulk operations. Shopify's built-in bulk editor only works on the products on its current page.

Filter first, then edit only what matches
Narrow the grid by tag, vendor, status, price range, inventory level, or on-sale state - or open a saved segment - then apply a bulk template or a find & replace to just those rows. Every bulk operation shows a preview of the rows it will change before a single edit is staged.

Edits stage as pending changes in your browser - Shopify sees nothing until you deliberately save. Undo works on every plan, before saving and for a short window after. Import a CSV without the blind overwrite
Already have your changes in a spreadsheet? Import it: rows match your products by Variant ID, URL handle, or SKU, and titles, descriptions, tags, prices, SKUs, pinned metafields, and stock load into the grid as unsaved edits. A blank cell never overwrites a field, and you see every change before it saves. Round-trip works too - every export ends with a Variant ID column so the file comes straight back in.
