To bulk edit Shopify variants with BulkSheet, open the bulk editor, filter to the products you want and expand a multi-variant product; each variant becomes its own row, labelled with its options such as Size: M · Color: Red. Edit the variant price, compare-at price or SKU in the cell, or select variant rows and apply a price template, so 20% off with .99 endings reaches every selected variant in one pass. Inventory is edited per location from the variant's inventory cell, or with a set or adjust template at a location you choose. Status and tags belong to the product, so those templates are not offered for variant rows. Every change previews before saving and can be undone. Variant editing is available on every plan; the Free plan allows 100 product saves a day, and editing several variants of one product counts as a single product save.

Per-variant rows, not per-product screens
Shopify's admin buries variant edits one product deep. BulkSheet expands any multi-variant product into per-variant rows right in the grid, so a 40-variant product is 40 editable rows - no clicking into each product, no separate variant screens.

Frequently asked questions
Can I bulk edit variant prices in Shopify?
Yes. In BulkSheet, expand a product to see one row per variant and edit each variant's price or compare-at price in its cell, or select variant rows and apply a price template such as 20% off with .99 endings. The preview shows the old and new price of each affected variant before anything is saved.
Does editing many variants use up my free daily saves?
Not per variant. One save counts one product written to Shopify, so changing every variant of a single product in one save is one product save. The Free plan allows 100 product saves a day, and paid plans have no daily limit.
Can I edit a product that has more than 100 variants?
Not from the grid. BulkSheet loads the first 100 variants of each product, and because saving a partial list could delete the variants it did not load, saving a product with more variants than that is blocked. Edit those products in the Shopify admin.
Can I change variant option names or values, such as Size and Color?
No. The grid shows each variant's options as its row label (for example Size: M · Color: Red) but does not edit them. Change option names and values in the Shopify admin; price, compare-at price, SKU and inventory are the variant fields you edit here.
